3. Limit high fat foods
Many of the most popular diets today limit fat. And with good reason. Fatty foods aren’t very good for you. Sure, you need a little fat to survive but too much of it can cause a number of health problems, not to mention that it isn’t very good for your waistline. Fat can also affect the digestion by slowing it down. It is best to limit the amount of high fat foods you eat and when you do eat them to pair them with something that is high in fiber.
