If you find yourself constantly running out of energy through the day, you could be tempted to turn to a candy bar or another source of empty nutrients to give yourself a boost. You need to completely give up on sweet foods as a way to boost your energy levels, though. Instead, you can simply switch to foods that have nutrition, in addition to sweetness.
