Career stressors are another culprit when it comes to packing on the proverbial pounds. A belittling boss, an inept coworker, or complaining customers are enough to send an emotional eater diving headlong into the fridge. Ignore negative people and negative feedback. There’s always someone who may want to bring you down. If you pay attention to their rude words, your life won’t be better and your waistline won’t be slimmer.
